LaNee Reynolds

As EVP of People, LaNee will partner with the executive team at Together Women’s Health to define and execute on the strategy and plans centered around a culture of teamwork and high performance. With a hands-on, collaborative approach, she oversees the delivery of Talent programs and services, including organizational design and development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, career development, employee relations, and total rewards, as well as other programs that attract, develop, and retain talent. LaNee’s previous experience at COPIC, consulting on HR principles and best practices in healthcare, as well as assembling, growing, and scaling a centralized HR delivery model for the Optum-affiliated Orthopedic Centers of Colorado, supports her ability to achieve a balanced strategy for Together Women’s Health. LaNee received her BS in Business Management from Metropolitan State University, a Masters in Professional Studies from University of Denver, and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
