Molly McVay

Molly serves as Vice President of Provider Recruiting and Experience at Together Women’s Health, where she strives to build a scalable physician recruiting strategy, as well as a path to partnership that supports qualified and engaged long term hires. Her previous roles include Director of Talent at Mission Veterinary Partners and Senior Doctor Recruiter for Great Expressions Dental Centers. With over seven years of experience in the doctor recruiting space, and 15+ overall years in talent acquisition, Molly has been personally responsible for over 300+ doctor placements. Her focus at TWH is to establish good habits and best practices in the recruiting journey that support data integrity and hiring experience, while also celebrating each practice’s unique legacy along the way. Molly received her BA in human resources from Michigan State University, with a specialized certificate in psychology.
