Melissa Henry

Melissa serves as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions of Together Women's Health with a focus on evaluating partnerships, financial analysis, and process optimization. Melissa has over 12 years of Big 4 public accounting experience and began her career at KPMG advising private equity clients on tax compliance and structuring matters before transitioning to the Deal Advisory practice, where she specialized in financial and accounting due diligence for large, complex, and often cross-border deals across a variety of industries. Melissa received her BBA in Accountancy and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and her MS in Taxation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a licensed CPA in Michigan and Illinois and a CFA charterholder.
