Alexis serves as Vice President of Operations for Together Women’s Health, leading physician practice operations and empowering teams to thrive. With over 15 years of experience in the multi-site and healthcare space, Alexis most recently led operations at North American Dental Group where she oversaw 90 practices across five states. She has also held roles at CVS Caremark and Target, bringing expertise in multi-site healthcare, collaboration with clinical leadership, scaling operational infrastructure, enhancing culture, and focusing on patient experience. Alexis received her BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University.
